This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.

When you submit the “Get the Compass” form (or a similar form on this site), we collect:

• – Name
• – Work email address
• – Company name
• – Role
• – Optional detail on how we can help or the AI or tech decision you’re facing

We do not collect any other personal information through forms on this site. Providing the required fields is necessary for us to send you the resource you’ve requested; if you don’t provide them, we won’t be able to do so. The optional field is optional, with no consequence for leaving it blank.

We use the information you provide to send you the AI & Tech Decision Compass you requested, and to follow up with you about ResolveNext's work and how it may be relevant to the decision you described. Our legal basis is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: specifically, our interest in responding to inbound requests from business contacts and following up on directly relevant professional topics they've raised with us.

This is individual follow-up about the enquiry you made — not addition to a marketing mailing list. You can object at any time and we will stop, and every email we send gives you a simple way to do so.

We do not sell your personal data. We use standard third-party service providers — for example, website hosting and email delivery — to run this site and communicate with you. Any such provider is required to process your data only on our instructions and to apply appropriate security measures. Where a provider is located outside the UK or EU/EEA, we rely on an appropriate safeguard (such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses) before your data is transferred.

We keep your details for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

Under the EU GDPR and UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or erase the personal data we hold about you; to restrict or object to how we process it; and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email us (see below). We will respond within one month.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country of residence.

As ResolveNext grows — including once we formally incorporate — we will update this policy to reflect who the data controller is and how we handle information at that stage. We will update the “Last updated” date above whenever we make a material change.

ResolveNext is an early-stage venture operated by Andrew Horne and Raf Gelders, who act jointly as the data controllers for personal information collected through this website. We have not yet formed a registered company; once we do, this policy will be updated to name the company as controller.
